The PointOne Squeeze Water Filter is available as a Personal System with one to three included water pouches, or as an All-in-One System that includes a water pouch plus field maintainable bucket and faucet adapters that enable you to create a high-flow water filtration system for a group of people anywhere in the world.
The PointOne filter removes greater than 99.99999 percent of all bacteria and greater than 99.9999 percent of all protozoa (Independent Testing Laboratory Hydreion, LLC.; Microbiological Report S05-03).
The Personal System comes in three options — model SP129 with one 32-ounce, BPA-free water pouch; model SP131 with 16-, 32- and 64-ounce pouch sizes; and model SP137 with one 32-ounce pouch plus straw and inline adapters for hydration pack bladders (sold separately).

Fast, light weight, durable For the last several months i have been using this filter in a rural Central American country with industrial-strength e-coli and amoebic cysts in the water. Does the job fast and with 10 times better filtration than EPA standards. Initially it did 5 gal. (19 L) in 17 to 20 minutes. Now it has settled in at about an hour for that 5 gal. I recommend a back-flush with the included syringe after every use. The syringe works much better if you slice out the end of the internal threads designed to hold the needle as they make for a leaky fit… takes a very fine-pointed sharp knife. Sawyer has another filter (PointZero Two) with even finer but slower filtration if viruses are a problem. I suspend the water from the ceiling and use some ordinary 1/4 inch vinyl tubing to give a bit more head pressure. I would recommend a pre-filter of some sort if your source has a lot of particulates. Very highly recommended and much better than other filters i have used.
Great filter..Don’t let it freeze! Light, simple and easy to use. Takes between 7-10 minutes to drain the 64oz bag and leaves an oz in the bag. Easy to string the bag up to run into the container of choice with no effort.Since this is a hollowfiber filter it can not be allowed to freeze so if it is cold I keep it in my pocket and sleeping bag.
An Outstanding Water Filter! I have used this on a couple backpacking trips and not only is it FAST and convenient to use, but it removes giardia and cryptosporidium. Much better that the PUR (now Katadyn) Hiker filter I was using.
