Started Off Shaky But It Worked Out In the End This mat is not as thick as I hoped it would be, though it is definitely thicker than others on the market. Apparently I need more “cushion” when I park myself down on the floor to exercise than other people do. Also, the elastic transport loops, which hold the mat in place when it is rolled up, ripped on one side after the 2nd time using the product, though that did not compromise the quality of the mat itself.
Came with some cracks The mat is nice and thick – much better than my previous thin yoga mat for boot camp classes. However, when it arrived it already had 2 cracks on one side. Doesn’t bother me enough to go through the hassle of returning it, but it’s disappointing. I hope more don’t occur with time.2/21 Update: the company’s customer service is amazing! They contacted me immediately and offered a replacement. I was very impressed and appreciative.
